DBML DIAGRAMS FOR CONFLUENCE

End-user terms

DBML Diagrams for Confluence is licensed under Atlassian's standard end-user agreement for Marketplace apps, as selected on the app's Marketplace listing. The provider-specific terms below accompany that agreement.

1. Provider

2. Governing law and venue

These provider-specific terms and the standard agreement are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of that State.

3. Support

Support is provided as published on our support page: by email to support@hourblue.com.au, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00 Australian Eastern Time excluding New South Wales public holidays, with a first response targeted within one business day. Security reports go to security@hourblue.com.au.

4. Data protection

The app processes no personal data on the provider's systems and stores no end-user data outside Atlassian products. What the app reads and stores is described on our privacy page. If your own obligations require a data processing addendum, contact us.

5. Third-party components

The app includes open-source components. Their licences are listed in third-party-licenses.txt, which ships inside the app bundle, and we will send a copy on request to support@hourblue.com.au.

6. Trademarks

The app supports DBML, the language used by dbdiagram.io, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Holistics. Atlassian, Confluence and Jira are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd.
